Hello!

I am Sristi Bajoria, a mental health professional who combines transactional analysis and arts based approaches to build a safe space for emotionally healthier individuals.

I believe in the immense potential and resources of every individual to strive towards their own well-being. However, at times, these resources and abilities might be clouded. Through therapy, I wish to help individuals to work through their cloud of self-doubt and emotional disturbances to get in touch with their own true self.

In my sessions with you, I intend to create a space where you can open up about your difficulties, experience safety and work collaboratively with me to live your life responsibly , freely, intimately and authentically.

Beyond the Therapy Room

In my practice, I firmly believe that the person of the therapist is deeply affected by as well as affects the process of therapy. Hence, this is the space for you to know about the person in me.

Beyond the therapy room, you will easily find me in the coziest nook of my house, glued to a book and cuddled to my pet. Reading is one of my favourite pastimes. More than reading, it is stories. So TV series and movies are one my favourite ways to spend my weekend. Additionally, my phone gallery is full of photos of sunsets, trees, hills and beaches. Spending time in the nature revitalises me. Just like drawing, painting and any form of creative expedition.
